Placing an order

To place an order, please visit our shop and find the style of drawing you are after. Make your selections from the drop-downs and inputs, upload your image, and add the listing to your cart.

Important details to include:

- Any colour scheme preferences (optional)

- Any details from your pictures you wish included
How does it work?

We use your pictures to create a beautiful drawing. We can incorporate any family member (living or passed-on), friend, angel baby, or pet you wish included.

After placing an order we’ll begin illustrating. Once it’s done, you’ll get the finished drawing electronically delivered to your email inbox - no printed copy will ship to your home.

When you receive the drawing, you’ll have the chance to make any edits if needed. When you're happy with the design, you’re free to print it out any size you want (we recommend no larger than A3 size) and make as many copies as you'd like!
How do I send my image?

You can upload (up to 5 files) directly on the product page by clicking 'upload file' under the product options.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current turn around time for digital downloads is approximately 5-8 days, but this time can increase during peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc).
I have separate images, can these be in one illustration?

Yes, we can easily merge pictures together to create one drawing! Using more than one photo is a great way to add in a lost loved one or a long-distance family member.

We can merge two or more separate photos and put them together in one illustration, the photos should be the same or similar angle (for example; all people standing, taken front on at eye level). Please note that we are unable to change the positioning of a person, for example, from sitting to standing or vice versa.

Don't forget to use the note section at checkout to leave any requests for your artist!

What photos do you recommend?

Our photo guide is locate here, but ideally, photos submitted should be:

- High quality

- Good lighting

- No filters or screenshots

- Full or Half body

- Preferably not a selfie.

The clearer the image, the easier I can see detail to add to your illustration! However, if the only image you have is blurry, I can try to use an app to unblur it and make your image come to life!
Can I make alterations to my illustration?

Yes, you sure can!

We’re proud to offer unlimited minor revisions on all of our custom illustrations — because we want you to love every detail.
This includes tweaks like colour changes, adjusting facial features, outfit colour or position tweaks, or text edits.
*Any editing requests for large edits (includes but not limited to: redrawing a person) may or will result in an additional charge.

*It’s at the discretion of the artist what is considered “small” and “large” edit based on time needed to complete the revisions.
What if I change my mind upon receiving my order?

Change of mind purchases are not available. Illustrations can take anywhere from 2-5 days plus to draw, including a lot of thought, planning, prepping!

But as stated, there is unlimited amendments available if there’s certain aspects you don't like.
Can you not share my illustration?

We take our customers' privacy seriously, and would never share any drawings without permission. We only share drawings where we’ve received a customer’s consent.

Our drawings often capture very private moments, so we understand if you don’t want your drawing shared.

We ask all our customers their preferences when ordering.
I'd love a portrait logo, can you do this?

Absolutely! Please get in touch with us via our contact form and tell us a bit about what you're after.

After completing our enquiry form, we’ll be able to put together a quote for you and help you achieve the look that you're after.
