To ensure the best outcome of your illustration please ensure that the photo you select is high quality, good lighting, no filters or screenshots, is full body or half body with no major body parts cropped out. See our Photo Guide for more information on images.
Your illustration will be drawn exactly how the photo you’ve selected is taken. If you would like any alterations please specify (eg. Change of hair colour/clothing) all illustrations are drawn faceless, meaning no facial features will be drawn except eyebrows.

We retain the right to post all orders on our social media, excluding our memorial portraits. If you would prefer your order to not be posted on our socials, please mention in your order notes and we will abide.
